INSTRUCTIONS

1. To access your account, click on the "PAY NOW" button above.

2. If this is your first time accessing and using this online account, you will need to click the "Register" link.

4. You will then be asked to supply some information from your account with us.

For Example:

Customer ID: You will usually find this Customer Id on any Statement that we have mailed to you, it is made up of 6 Uppercase Letters *As an example only, if your name happened to be Peggy Smith, Your Customer Id would probably be SMIPEG * This isn’t always the case, so it’s best to get this from your most recent Statement.*

Account No: You will usually find this account number on your gas tickets that we leave at your home when we make a delivery. It is made up of numbers only. **If you do not have this information just email us at j[email protected] or call us anytime at 1-877-878-0690**

Email: Just enter your current email address, this needs to be a working valid email address that you have access to.

5. After entering all this information just click "Submit". You will then receive an email with instructions and a temporary password to login to your account.

6. You should then be able to login to your account. You can make a one-time payment, or you can sign up for Automatic Bill Pay.

You can also use the ‘Request Work’ Tab to order gas or service.
